To make sure customers find the perfect dress for any occasion, we offer an Try-On At Home Program that allows you to check out the quality and fit of our dresses from the comfort of your home.
At-Home Try-On Program
How it works
Through the program, you can order up to 3 try-on dresses at a time for $15 per dress. You can keep the dresses for 7 days from the date of delivery (base on the tracking number) and then send unwanted dress(es) to us. We'll provide a prepaid return label with the dresses based on your shipping address.
Try-on dresses cannot be taken out of the country of origin.If the dresses are taken out of the country of origin, you will still be responsible for making sure they are postmarked for return by the 7th day of delivery.
Note: Please return all dresses you do not want to keep within 1 week of receiving your order. Failure to do so will result in you being charged full retail price. Multiple returns are NOT ALLOWED!
Try-on orders generally take 2 workdays to process (this time can increase depending on the time of year so be sure to check the item pages) plus an additional week for delivery. At checkout, you'll be given an estimated delivery window based on your location. We cannot offer expedited shipping for try-on orders.
So we generally recommend that you order try-on dresses 2-3 weeks in advance of the date you'd like to try to make sure they arrive in time.If the order arrives early and you need a little extra time, you can request some extra time by sending an email to our customer service email support@missacc.com.
Purchasing the Dress(es) You Want
If you would like to keep a Try-On At home dress, you can purchase it within your order details window by following the instructions here.
However, if you do not purchase the Try-On At home dress you ordered and it is not dropped off for return by the 7th day of delivery, we will have to charge you the full retail price for each missing dress.
We would hate to do so. So if you don't want to keep the dresses but just need some additional time with them before you send them back, please contact us customer service team timely.
Returning the Dresses
Your parcel with try-on dresses will include a pre-paid return label for your return. You do not need to initiate a return, as it has already been approved. Simply pack up the try-on dresses and drop them off within 7 days of your order arriving then click “Return Items” in order lists page.
Please attach it to the package. Then, take the package to the designated courier specified on the label and hand it over at no additional cost.
If you've lost the return label: Simply go to "My Orders" and click on the "Download Label" section or contact our custom service team.


If you do not use our label for the return, we won't be responsible for any damage or loss of the package, and you could be charged for not returning the dresses and promptly send the return tracking number to our customer service team.
Please keep the following in mind about returning try-on orders:
If you do not want to keep any of your try-on dresses, all dresses must be returned together as a set within 7 days of delivery. You cannot hold onto one of the dresses and send the rest back, and then order more dresses to try and to compare.
Please return all the dresses you do not want to keep within 7 days of receiving your order using the pre-paid return label included in your parcel. Multiple returns are NOT ALLOWED!
The price you pay for the try-on service does not go towards the cost of your final order and is not refunded upon the return of the try-on dresses. It covers processing and the careful handling by our warehouse team. While non-refundable, it allows you to try on your favorite dresses in the comfort of your home before making your final decision.
How to Request Return Extension
You get 7 days with your try-on dresses from the date they are delivered (as shown through your delivery tracking number). If you need some additional time, you can request an extension of up to an additional 3 days by contacting our customer service team.
Damaged Dresses
Try-on dresses must be returned in the original condition that they were received, with the tags still attached. Try-on dresses are not to be worn, except for try-on purposes so if they come back damaged, you may be charged a fee to fix the damage or replace the dress entirely if the damage cannot be fixed (such as in cases where they come back dirty, stained, coated in animal hair, or have a strong odor). If the damage is severe, you will be charged the full retail price of the dress and permanently banned from the website.
Purchasing At-Home Try-On Dresses
All customers who have ordered a Try-on At Home Dress will have the option to purchase the dress to keep if they like it. Each dress will sell for retail value and all Try-On Dresses purchased to keep are final sales and non-returnable.
Completing the Purchase
If you liked one of the dresses you tried on, you can keep it at home by purchasing it directly within your order details window. Alternatively, you can buy a new one in your preferred color and size at any time, or get one custom-made for the perfect fit.
You can follow the below instructions to process the purchase of your try-on dress:
1. Find the order
Go to "My Orders" page, based on how you checked out:
Log into your Missacc account and click here to go to your orders page. Find the order containing the Try-On Dress you would like to purchase.


2. Choose your preferred way of purchasing
To purchase the try-on dress you want to keep, simply find the order containing the Try-On Dress you would like to purchase,then click "BUY NOW" to finalize your purchase.


In The Pop-Up Windows, You Can Choose “Purchase To Keep” Or “Buy A New One”:


IMPORTANT NOTES:
If you have returned the dress, please do not choose the “Purchase TRY AT HOME Dress” option. The returned dress cannot be reshipped back to you. If you already did so, please reach out to our customer service team to process the refund.
If the “BUY NOW” option is no longer displayed but you still want to keep the dress, you will need to reach out to our customer service team to help you complete the purchase.
3.Complete your purchase
For customers who choose the "Purchase To Keep" option:
Follow the payment process as normal,once you finished to make a payment,your purchase will be completed.
For customers who choose the "Buy A New One" option:
You’ll go to the page of that try-on dress at full price. Simply follow the process of placing an order as normal and your purchase will be completed.
After your purchase is completed, you’ll receive an email confirmation for your records and your purchased Try-On Dresses will appear as a new order within your account.
If you wrongly purchased Try-On Dresses, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Before you purchase
You must purchase the dress BEFORE returning any of the additional dresses in the order.
Make sure you take the dress out of its packaging, examine it for any defects, and try it on to be sure it’s the correct size, color, and style.
Try-On Dresses that have been returned or are in transit back to us cannot be purchased. Returned orders cannot be reshipped back to you.
Any Try-On Dresses that you do not wish to keep need to be returned within the 7-day return window. If you need an extension, please contact our customer service support@missacc.com.
Try-On Dresses purchased at full price are non-returnable and non-refundable.
At-Home Try-On Dress Availability
We carry a variety of styles in our Try-On At Home program but our selection of sizes (and especially color) can be limited depending on style popularity and newness. We do regularly add new sizes to the try-on program but this can take some time so we greatly appreciate your patience.
Size/Color Not Available
If the size/color you want isn't listed on the order page, that means that the size/color is not in the try-on program at this time but you can sign up to request that it be added. Just click under the size options where it says "Don't see your size available? Let us know!" and fill out the form that pops up:


While we do try to offer a variety of colors per style, we are not able to stock every color in every style and size. This is especially true of newly released styles and colors, which will be more limited in general within the program.
If you are interested in seeing color in person, we recommend ordering a color swatch from us.
Swatches include all fabrics that can be made in that color, excluding lace. If a fabric is not included in the swatch, it means we are unable to make it in that color.
When the size/color arrives back, our system will send you an automated email letting you know that the size does become available again. But please keep in mind that it could still take quite some time for the size to appear in the Try-On At Home Program. If you need to decide on a size and style sooner rather than later, reach out to our customer service team for advice.
