I needed something last minute for a September event and took a chance on this. It arrived just in time! The trumpet style really hugs your curves. The only thing is the sleeves restrict your arm movement a little, so don't plan on doing the YMCA too vigorously. Still, a very classy look.

Wore this for a winter formal in November. It kept me warm enough while still looking fancy. The construction feels sturdy and the details are lovely. I’d recommend steaming it really well before wearing because the satin wrinkles easily in the package. Great value for a mother of the bride dress.
